What if my voices publish more than expected?
Nothing: there's no post limit and no overage billing. We analyse everything your voices publish, however much that is.
How is my price calculated?
You don't choose a plan: use the calculator above and enter the number of voices you want to follow — it's the same formula we bill with, with an automatic discount the bigger your universe is. For a specific case or an SLA, write to us.
Can I try Voxscope before paying?
Yes: sign up with the calculator above and your free trial starts right away, no waiting for anyone to set it up. We ask for a card up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before that if it's not for you.
What data do you actually deliver?
Voxscope delivers derived data and metrics: author profile, influence score, dominant topics, evolution, active platforms. We do NOT deliver third-party original content — the operational framework is detailed in the legal notice.
Can I take the data outside Voxscope?
You can download your reports and metrics from the dashboard, in CSV and PDF. We don't currently offer programmatic access or direct delivery to a data lake; if your team needs it, tell us — it's looked at case by case.
Is there a lock-in?
No. The service is monthly and you leave whenever you want. The only obligation is paying for the months you use.
